Pricing

A flat fee, set by the orders you process

Rosetiq is sold as a subscription per seller account, on a twelve-month term invoiced monthly. The plan follows monthly order volume — that is what the nightly pipeline actually processes — and each step up adds the modules a larger business needs. It is a flat fee — never a percentage of revenue or of advertising spend, and never a per-seat charge. Accounts are opened by invitation, and only for sellers doing at least 100,000 US dollars a month on Amazon. There is no self-service signup.

Plans

Three plans, one axis: orders per month

Plans are sized by the orders the pipeline processes each month; the revenue band is a guide to which plan fits. Modules grow with the plan — the table below shows exactly which.

Order bands are measured over the subscription year, so a seasonal peak does not push a seller into the next plan. A plan can be moved up at any time without re-onboarding; the difference is invoiced pro rata.

Each figure is the price for one seller account on Amazon.com, in US dollars and exclusive of any applicable taxes, and is invoiced monthly in advance on a twelve-month term. Further seller accounts, marketplaces and historical loading are priced separately, below.

What is included

Modules by plan

Core carries everything a single brand needs to run the account day to day, planning included. Pro adds the month close and the deeper marketing and customer views. Scale adds what groups and agencies run on top.

Core

  • Dashboard — today and recent days as they arrive
  • P&L, Chart & Trends — profit per product, fees line by line, any metric over time
  • Products & costs — catalog, cost of goods with history, profit per unit
  • Inventory — stock, velocity, days of cover, stock value
  • Restock & Inbound — forward projection, factory orders to receipts, lead times per route
  • Advertising — campaigns to targets, hourly, judged on margin
  • Smart Card — per-product boards from a card palette; ASIN Radar screening
  • Cross-sell — bought together, and how it changes

Pro — everything in Core, plus

  • Accounting — month close in the settlement view, exported to the accountant's template
  • Pricing Lab — transparent price model, price changes as tests
  • Cohort & LTV — retention, repurchase cycles, lifetime value
  • Attribution — external traffic, link generator, journeys

Scale — everything in Pro, plus

  • Several seller accounts and brands under one subscription, priced per account
  • Custom reports and exports — built to the group's own templates
  • Dedicated onboarding per brand and priority support

Nightly data updates

Marketplace and advertising data refreshed every night, with intra-day updates for order, offer and inventory events. Each data source shows when it was last updated.

Support from the people who built it

Questions about a figure are answered by showing where it came from. Support is by e-mail and by scheduled call, during business hours in the Pacific time zone.

Priced separately

Three things priced on their own

Onboarding
A one-time setup fee covering the connection of accounts, loading of cost of goods and supplier terms, and a review of the first month's figures with the seller. $2,700 for the first seller account, and $1,500 for each further account onboarded at the same time.
Historical backfill
The subscription loads the history the platform makes available at connection. Orders and financial events can be loaded further back for year-over-year comparison and long-run customer cohorts, quoted by how far back the account goes: $3,000 for each additional year loaded. Advertising and traffic history is limited to what the platform returns and is not extended.
Additional accounts and marketplaces
On Core and Pro, a further seller account is $450 a month within the same order band, and includes that account's own connection, cost-of-goods loading and first-month review; an account above the band takes its own plan. On Scale, each seller account and brand is priced individually. A further marketplace on the same account is $200 a month.

Pilot

A short pilot before the twelve-month commitment

A new seller can begin with a pilot of a few months on one account, at the plan's monthly rate — three months is $2,700 on Core or $6,600 on Pro — credited in full against the first invoices of the subscription if the seller continues. The point of the pilot is that the seller sees their own figures — not a demo — before committing for a year.

During the pilot the seller's access is the same read-only authorisation used afterwards, and can be withdrawn at any time from the seller's own account settings.

Access

How an account is opened

Accounts are opened by invitation, for sellers doing at least 100,000 US dollars a month on Amazon. Tell us the approximate monthly orders, the marketplaces in use and the number of active listings, and we will say which plan applies and when an account could be opened. If Rosetiq is not the right fit, we will say that too.
